Who We Are
Zologic is a software company based in the Netherlands, building AI-native commerce infrastructure for WooCommerce. We are the creator of UCPReady™ — the reference implementation of the Universal Commerce Protocol for WooCommerce — enabling AI agents to discover products, link customer identity, and complete purchases autonomously.

What Data We Collect and Why
When you make a purchase
When you buy a product on zologic.nl, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your billing address
- Your payment reference number
This data is used solely to fulfil your order, deliver the product, and provide support. Payment card data is processed entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
When you contact us
Contact forms on this site collect only the information you voluntarily submit — name, email address, and message — for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
When you visit our site
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. This collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, browser type, country) to help us improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
When you use UCPReady identity linking
When you use UCPReady’s OAuth 2.0 identity linking feature on a participating WooCommerce store, OAuth access tokens are stored on that store’s server — not on zologic.nl. Zologic has no access to tokens issued by third-party stores. You can revoke agent access at any time from your My Account page on the participating store.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only:
- Session cookies — for login and checkout sessions
- Security cookies — CSRF protection during purchases
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for essential cookies under Dutch law.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site may include embedded content from third-party services such as YouTube or dev.to. These services operate under their own privacy policies and may independently collect data when you interact with embedded content.

Payment and email data may be processed on servers outside the EU under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

Security
All data transmitted to and from zologic.nl is encrypted via TLS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on our servers.
Refund Policy
UCPReady™ and all other digital products sold on zologic.nl are software products delivered immediately upon purchase via secure download link.
No-refund policy for digital products
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that:
- The digital product is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), as permitted for digital content where delivery has commenced with your prior express consent
- All sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered
This waiver is collected via a mandatory checkbox at checkout and is logged with your order record.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund if:
- The product was not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side
- The product is materially and demonstrably different from its published description
Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to contact@zologic.nl within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
Support before disputes
If you experience technical issues with a purchased product, contact us at contact@zologic.nl before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We will respond within 48 hours and resolve genuine technical issues promptly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact will be contested with your payment provider. A documented record of delivery and the checkout waiver confirmation will be provided in all disputes.
Subscription cancellations
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time. After cancellation, the plugin continues to function on your site but will no longer receive updates or support.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
